About Foresight Imaging
Since 1999, Foresight Imaging has provided high performance video capture solutions for OEMs in medical and defense imaging. Our products are the imaging engines inside thousands of medical devices in use throughout the world today. Our imaging OEMs value our high quality, ISO 13485 certified hardware and software including our comprehensive technical and engineering support to help deliver products faster and with greater profitability. In 2004, we established a finished medical device division, TIMS Medical, which provides enterprise imaging connectivity and workflow solutions to hospitals for modified barium swallow, FEES, and endoscopy studies. Our innovative products, diligent attention to customer needs, and prompt customer service continue to set us apart in the medical and defense imaging markets.

Mark Mariotti
President/CEO
Mark Mariotti is the President/CEO and Co-Founder of Foresight Imaging and TIMS Medical. Prior to founding Foresight Imaging, Mr. Mariotti was the President of Imagraph Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lumisys Inc. Imagraph designed and manufactured video imaging frame grabber boards for medical, gaming, ship building, and military markets. He has held several senior management positions in finance and operations at Imagraph, Charles River Data Systems and Honeywell Corporation. Mr. Mariotti earned a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of Lowell and an MBA from New Hampshire College.
Tony Molinari
VP Sales & Marketing
Tony Molinari is Vice President of Sales & Marketing and a Co-Founder of Foresight Imaging and TIMS Medical. Prior to co-founding Foresight Imaging, Mr. Molinari was the Vice President of Marketing at Imagraph, a subsidiary of Lumisys Inc. Imagraph designed video imaging boards for the medical, marine, and military imaging markets. Mr. Molinari has also held senior management positions at Sonic Solutions, Data Translation, and Media 100 Inc. During his tenure at Media 100 Inc. in the mid-1990s, the company grew from a small startup to $50 million in just three years. Mr. Molinari earned his BA in Economics from Harvard University.
Jack Melville
VP Technology
Jack Melville is the Vice President of Technology and Co-Founder of Foresight Imaging and TIMS Medical. Prior to founding Foresight Imaging, Mr. Melville was Vice President of Technology at Imagraph Corporation, a subsidiary of Lumisys Inc. Imagraph designed and manufactured video imaging frame grabber boards for medical, gaming, ship building, and military markets. He has held several senior engineering management positions at Imagraph, and was previously a Project Engineer at Analogic Corporation.
Ralf Berger
VP Software Engineering
Ralf Berger is the Vice President of Software Engineering at Foresight Imaging and TIMS Medical. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Berger held senior management positions at Adobe Inc. and Media 100 Inc. He co-founded several companies, two of which were acquired by Adobe for technology that is now used in Photoshop. Mr. Berger holds numerous patents and has a Computer Science degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
Frank Sarcia
VP Finance & Operations
Frank Sarcia is the Vice President of Finance and Operations of Foresight Imaging and TIMS Medical. Prior to joining Foresight Imaging in 2004, Mr. Sarcia was the Chief Financial Officer of the Lawrence Community Day Charter School. Mr. Sarcia earned a BA degree in management from the University of Lowell. He also has a masters certificate in finance from the University of Lowell.
